Does LoreAI keep tables and layout?
Yes. LoreAI rebuilds tables, headings and paragraphs in the Word file, so the translation lines up with the original. Check stamps, signatures and handwriting by hand, because those are the parts OCR reads least reliably.
Is LoreAI a certified translation service?
No. LoreAI produces the translation. Who may certify it depends on the country and the receiver. Some accept a statement signed by anyone fluent in both languages, others require a sworn or court-appointed translator. Where a signed statement is enough, the certificate of translation template shows what it says.
How many languages does LoreAI support?
105 target languages, and the source language can be detected automatically. The full list is on this page under Languages.
What happens to my files?
LoreAI deletes your upload from its server and from its OCR provider right after reading it. The extracted text, the translation and the Word file are removed automatically about an hour later, unless you turn on Keep my translated documents in Settings; then they stay until you delete them. Details are in the privacy policy.
What do the free and paid plans include?
Your first document is free, up to 3 pages and 3 MB. After that, Basic costs $12.99 a month for 200 pages and Pro costs $39.99 a month for 1,000 pages. Your free document is translated with Precision; on Basic and Pro you choose Fast or Precision for each document.
